## What is ED Medication Tracker?

IMPORTANT: ED Medication Tracker is a private personal journal. It does not diagnose erectile dysfunction or any other condition, recommend a dose, check interactions, assess medication safety, or replace professional care. Do not delay urgent care to use this app.

Keep prescribed oral ED medication entries, symptom check-ins, notes, and optional blood-pressure readings you type yourself in one place on your iPhone. Optional Apple Watch collection can save heart-rate observations from sessions you start and stop. Watch readings are personal observations, not a medical monitor, live ECG, or safety assessment.

SOURCES & METHODS
Open Sources & Methods (also labeled Medical Sources & References) from first launch, Settings, Safety Help, the duration timer, and related screens. No account and no Pro purchase are required. You will find public citations to manufacturer labeling, NIH/MedlinePlus, professional-society pages, and Apple Support, plus a plain-language description of how this app summarizes your own saved entries. Links open in a browser and do not include journal data. U.S. labeling can differ from local labeling; follow your prescription and your clinician.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD
• Medication names and amounts you actually took, with the time you enter
• Symptom check-ins, optional notes, and manual blood-pressure readings
• Optional Apple Watch heart-rate sessions after you confirm collection
• Optional playback of existing ECG recordings from Apple Health (not live ECG)
• A duration timer that counts elapsed time from a start time you enter. Product labeling is cited in Sources & Methods; the timer does not diagnose or tell you what to do.

PRIVACY
• No developer-operated journal account or health-data server
• Records stay on this iPhone unless you export or share them
• Journal files are excluded from automatic iCloud backup
• Optional Face ID or device-passcode lock
• Optional encrypted backup in Settings: a password-protected file you create on purpose. It is not iCloud. If you never make one, a lost phone can mean a lost journal. JSON and PDF reports are not a restore.

PRO
Journaling, history, Safety Help, the duration timer, privacy lock, and basic JSON export remain available without Pro. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable upgrade shown by the App Store before purchase. It is not a new subscription. Existing eligible purchases remain recognized.

EDUCATIONAL LABELING ONLY
Safety Help restates public product-label points you can read with a clinician, including nitrate and recreational nitrite ("poppers") warnings from sildenafil and tadalafil labeling. This app is not an interaction checker, waiting-time calculator, or medical device.

ED Medication Tracker does not measure blood pressure, detect an emergency, or determine whether a medication is working. Reminders can be delayed by system settings.
