Plus, all history of my past purchases went missing. I need the history for tracking and monitoring baby expenses so this is frustrating. The app became somewhat slow as well. Love the app for the convenience of having everything baby related in one place but I’ve encountered a lot of issues regarding the app lately. ### 4/5 — Removed order history 😥 *2024-07-26, version 3.9.1* I have used this app ever since I discovered this during my pregnancy (year 2022). I am very satisfied with this app since a lot of promos and discounts are offered all year round. Just recently, I was shocked when I opened the app and browse my order history to find out it was all gone. I monitor my shopping and how often did I order items from past records. I hope they will reflect it again. ### 2/5 — Please improve. *2024-07-20, version 3.9.1* I seldom use the app. But, when I do, I need to relog in. + loading. So inconvenient when I try to canvass which is cheaper over other apps. So the result is, I go thru other apps instead kase fast magloading. Also the beans??? What for? Whether I’m buying gifts or just stocking up on edatita essentials (wet wipes especially!), this app has everything I need 🌟 great promos and discounts too! ### 5/5 — SUPERB!! *2024-03-28, version 3.4.4* I like the overall seamless experience and navigation of this app. Shopping for my family is so easy because the products are well grouped together. Unlike other platforms you tend to see a lot of unnecessary product placements. On edamama you can just focus on browsing and shopping your family needs ### 2/5 — Wrong Item Issue *2023-11-07, version 3.0.1* Careful with some seller, some are stating wrong information and will send you a wrong item. Edamama app’s Care Support took so long to help you with these kind of issues and somehow won’t even offer some options or compensation. Somehow disappointed on how they handle these kind of issues. ### 2/5 — It’s not easy to cancel subscription *2023-09-20, version 2.2.13* I ordered L-XL diapers for my baby this month because she needs bigger size already. I didn’t know L-XL still leaks on her, so next time I should order XL. When I was about to cancel the subscription (as advertised that you can cancel it anytime) it’s not easy as we think. You need to make a ticket saying why should you cancel the subscription and even if you requested to cancel they will still email you if you are sure. Endless! ### 3/5 — App *2023-08-21, version 2.1.5* Tried the app first time and encountered so much UI errors. First create account very poor interface. Browsing issue. Many products with discount but gets disappointing in the way the app interacts. Tabs on the bottom doesn’t seem to work. Finally got to checkout but credit card payment failed. Tried gcash it worked. Need so much improvement and analytics to do. If you want people browse you even more do better work in the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Failed transactions on credit card *2025-12-15, version 6.2.7* Annoyed that their customer service keeps on calling us because of “failed transaction due to their system error”. My husband and I are working on night shift and we cant sleep immediately tapos tawag sila ng tawag sa fault naman ng app nila, then they prefer debit card/direct payment e the reason we pay via credit card nga so its hassle free. Tapos now we need to check every transaction if our payment proceed. Ang hassle. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service and baby registry handling *2025-03-09, version 5.0.3* I was hoping to have a smooth experience with Edamama for my baby shower registry, but have encountered the following: -There would be items in my registry that would be marked as sold, even if the payment/s by my guest/s were not final yet. The items would be marked as sold for days, showing inaccuracy of items that are left. When I inquired about this, I was told the guest did not finalize the payment. -Guests of my baby shower reached out saying they had checkout problems with Edamama, so it was hard to purchase. They could not finalize the payments because Edamama’s checkout was complicated and error prone -Edamama was inconsistent with putting guest messages on the gifts that were delivered (even if guest specified message upon purchase) So I wouldn’t know who the gift was from unless I searched for the email notification with that gift. -A guest ordered gifts 2 days before the baby shower, I asked Edamama to help expedite delivery so it could arrive before the shower. They responded and said they would work with their warehouse team, and even told me the gifts were delivered via Lalamove. But I never received any gifts after that advise from their customer service rep, so I don’t know what happened to those gifts or if the gifts were even Lalamoved in the first place. I hope this review helps future moms when they consider their baby registries. ### 1/5 — Idk what happen to Edamama but it suddenly got worst that I have to uninstall it. *2025-01-15, version 4.1.2* I like Edamama the I first year I used it. Products are delivered fast and you get legit products but my last experience was unbelievable. I ordered during December 2024 when there were a lots of products on sale. Fast forward to when on the estimated date that my order will arrive. My orders suddenly got sent back to the sender without any word from courier and Edamama. The following orders also got returned. Tried contacting support but it’s like one reply per day lol. The said again it’s out for delivery but still no notification or text message from riders. ### 1/5 — Savings are not good anymore *2025-01-15, version 4.1.2* I cant even use the beanback anymore because 10-15% is too low as compared to the vouchers being offered by other shopping apps. Also, most of the items that I was buying regularly before are now out of stocks. All I can see from their app is the bean which is most likely their own product. ### 1/5 — This app will only waste your time *2024-08-28, version 3.9.10* This app has misleading promotions. Also, i placed an order on 05 August 2024 and was advised that my order will be on process until 20 August 2024. I contacted CS with the order progress only to find out that the item was out of stock and „was unable to update the progress” in the app. Waste of time waiting for the order that will never arrive. Never again on this app. ### 1/5 — Cannot buy *2024-07-17, version 3.8.15* Checkout and payment not working. I tried so many options: safari phone, safari macbook, chrome from iphone, chrome from windows desktop, iphone app but none of them worked. I also sent messages to support but they were more concerned abt troubleshooting the app instead of helping me with my purchase. In the end they did not help in getting the app to work for me. I just want to buy a gift but can’t do so bec all their solutions are unreliable. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Worst app *2024-03-13, version 3.4.1* I had my worst shopping experience with this app. I simply ordered a dress with them and due size issues I had to return that and even after continues mails and calls they haven’t issued refund. The customer executives are so ill mannered and foul speakers . Its been more than 2 months Im trying to talk to them everytime I raise query they say we have raised issue and will revert back to you but never response.please avoid this app .It’s a total waste of money . ### 1/5 — Wrong item delivered poor customer service *2023-09-21, version 1.2.2* We are very happy when we received our order. Unfortunately when we open the package it wrong. And feel disappointed. Don’t bother to use this application. Customer service will not respond on both email and messenger. Will never use this app again and will never recommend. ### 1/5 — Subscription takes effort to cancel *2023-09-14, version 2.2.13* I tried the subscription feature for a diaper. When I decided to cancel it, guess what I found, I discovered I needed to send an email for the cancellation. I then received a couple of emails asking if I was sure. I wasn’t able to respond right away since it’s through email, I don’t regularly check my email, so after 24 hours the cancellation request was cancelled and the subscription still active. Now, every time the subscription schedule is tripped, I get notified that the order needs payment. To cancel it, I need to send them an email. I emailed them but it’s been 24 hours now, no response. So yeah 1 star since subscriptions should not be this hard to cancel. ### 1/5 — Horrible fit and feel to fabric *2023-04-10, version 1.1.130* I only bought a dress from here because of the “interview” given by the owner Alia Bhat where she claimed that she was tired of the horrible fashion for mothers to be and she couldn’t find good maternity clothes which were comfy and stylish at the same time and that’s where she got the idea to enter maternity wear. For someone who faced similar issues she has made a product which is both frumpy and nightie looking. The nighties available in your near by local shop will have a better shape and feel to it. Very disappointed. And then had to run from pillar to post to try and return the product. Personal opinion there are many more lovely maternity wear which are both stylish and comfortable on Myntra. In Edamama, you'll have them all in just one. Its very convenient and user-friendly. ### 5/5 — Gift Registry is top tier! *2024-06-13, version 3.7.3* I haven’t really encountered a seamless online gift registry here in the Philippines not until I stumbled upon edamama. It made my friend’s baby shower so magical without us(friends) being burdened by bringing big gift boxes to the event. The wishlist is cool too. It removes the worry and hassle of thinking which gift to choose and lessen the incident where the mom doesn’t really find the gifts useful in the end. All in all, would recommend!!!
