No easy access via bright horizons website for tuition reimbursement. App doesnt work most of the time. And my companies HR is doesn’t know how to help with the process. As another reviewer remarked, this is people’s money you’re talking about. I hope Multicare reads the horrible reviews on Ed assist and takes appropriate action to find a different company for their employees needs. These guys are a scam. ### 1/5 — Still a problem *2021-03-25, version 1.9* I see that the app was updated 3 months ago but it still crashes. I keep this app on my phone in hopes that it’ll actually work one day and allow me to upload documents. I keep everything on my phone and it’s annoying to have to email myself documents to my work computer to upload them into the classic site. Please let me know if I can help as a beta tester. As soon as I open the app and log in, it crashes. Right now there is a notification for me, but the crash happens so instantaneously upon opening, I don’t have enough time to read 2 sentences. That lasted all of 5 seconds! Now the app crashes any time you try to upload or access materials. Tried reinstalling, same issue. ### 1/5 — Crash crash crash *2023-06-16* I wish this was a multi review for the company and app but since this is about the app I’ll stick with that. Garbage best describes it. You can’t do anything with it. It just crashes anytime I want to view my applications. No clue if I can even submit documents through it which would be easier since I hate breaking out my laptop just for that. Not only do they have wild requirements for your documents that NOT all schools provide the perfect format requested, this app does nothing to assist with checking their messages about the failed submissions. Wish I didn’t have to use this company. ### 1/5 — Incompetent staff *2022-12-22, version 1.9* This company is either horribly mismanaged or crooked. Website conveniently crashes at the end of the semester and is down for TWO WEEKS (probably to avoid paying out to all the students submitting their reimbursements at the same time) Now everyones tuition is being pushed into their 2023 budgets. ### 1/5 — App Does Not Work *2022-12-19, version 1.9* The website is not accessible. The app does not work. I spent a great deal of time setting up applications and approvals and now there is no way to execute the tuition assistance. Certainly a question worth ponder?And obviously by the mere reviews, this isn’t an isolated incident. “INVALID TOKEN”… without any options or explanations, WOW! ### 1/5 — Paige Dane and Breanne Young committed Homosexual Discrimiantion *2022-02-06, version 1.9* The company discriminated against my sexuality prior to COVID and committed a work cut in work force prior to the pandemic. These two need to be ousted and fired for discriminating against my sexuality. The workplace was unsafe and unfair, and Paige Danes was never an advocate, but a corporate half that needs to be fired Forever.
