## What is EDDLYNN Assess?

EDDLYNN Assess is the faculty control plane for the EDDLYNN assessment platform - the tool faculty, HODs, and administrators use to author, deploy, proctor, and grade examinations for their students.

Key capabilities:
- Question Vault: author and manage an AES-256 encrypted question bank
- Deploy: schedule and configure timed exams for a classroom
- Proctor: monitor live exam sessions and integrity signals in real time
- Results: outcome-based-education (OBE) analytics, an assessment ledger, and score-correction/audit trails for verified academic records

EDDLYNN Assess is provisioned by your institution - accounts are created by your college's administrator, not by self-signup.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-15

• Import a question paper straight from a PDF or Word document.

• Narrow the marks export by date, and choose a format by what it produces: a one-sheet marks table, or a four-sheet assessment workbook.

• Notifications now appear in Assess. Proctoring alerts, correction requests and their outcomes reach you here, instead of only in Mentor.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-08

Imported questions are now reviewed automatically. When you upload a question paper, each question is checked for a wrong or ambiguous answer key and given explanations for the correct and incorrect options — your original wording is never changed.

Fixed: exporting marks as CSV or Excel now saves correctly on iPad and iPhone.

Fixes and refinements:

• When scheduling an exam, the form now explains how assessment mode and proctoring work together — including which students each one actually covers.

• The exam form no longer asks for a subject code it can derive itself.

• The side menu now closes completely in landscape.

• The app version and build number now appear beneath Sign out, so you can tell us exactly which version you are looking at when you report something.
