v2 is great. Had to go back to old app to do very old firmware updates on price of gear I haven't touched in years. Otherwise the new app is great. More intuitive, stable and very nice.

There are a lot of bugs that have to be fixed and I have reported them several times. The last information to me was that a new version is coming soon in 2026 but I stay skeptical. Too often I contacted the support without any enhancement. 
Newsletters with discount offers come almost weekly but the urgent needed improvements are rarely. 
Sorry thats the truth.

Elimde motor module v2 ve headplus ürün var, son güncellemeden sonra cihazlara bağlanamıyorum ve app bağlantı ekranında cihazlar durmadan gelip-gidiyor. Umarım bu tür basit hataları yeni ürün almaya zorlamak için yapmıyorsunuzdur. Çekim sırasında cihaza bağlanamadım ve müşterime rezil olmamla kaldım.

Calibration-Free Path Tracking: With this update, we’ve moved DollyPLUS’s positioning and motion algorithm to an entirely new structure. Now, DollyPLUS will deliver much better results in path tracking without the need for calibration. This development also serves as a foundation for upcoming improvements. Soon, it will be possible to program chain motion movements and set positions not through the app, but by directly moving it with your hand for programming.

• REC Mode Bug Fix:
A bug that caused all devices to fail operating in REC Mode when Stable Start was enabled has been fixed.
 • KRONE S Bundle – Tripod Position Switching:
The KRONE S Bundle can now shift between three different tripod positions without requiring a reset or recalibration. Simply use the “Reposition” button located in the bottom-left corner to update the setup.
 • Dual HeadONE – Point Tracking for Turntable Setups:
Dual HeadONE setups can now use the tilt head for point tracking while the pan head functions as the body device (ideal for turntable operations).
When activating Point Mode, the system will prompt you to select the setup type. If Turntable Setup is selected, the tilt head will continue operating in Point Mode as a standalone head device.
 • KRONE S REC Mode Synchronization Fix:
A bug that prevented body devices from synchronizing correctly in KRONE S REC Mode has been resolved.
 • Double Tap Motion Fix:
Previously, Double Tap high-speed motion would drop if the button-specific speed setting was lowered. This issue is now fixed.
