Lần đầu sử dụng dịch vụ, đã nạp tiền cả tháng vào STK của chủ kinh doanh nhưng hệ thống bên đó không tích hợp tiền vào ví của app cho mình, kiến nghị lên thì nói chụp ảnh giao dịch mới xử lý được.

Mình có 2 đơn trong tủ nhưng mình sơ suất chỉ lấy 1 đơn, 1 tuần sau mình mới phát hiện ra bị thiếu đồ. Admin hỗ trợ mình check cam, liên hệ với người gửi đồ sau mình để xin lại đồ. Ad siêu siêu support dù lúc mình nhắn là gần 10h đêm rồi. Giá trị hàng hoá của mình cũng lớn nên mình rất hoảng, cảm ơn admin rất nhiều, mình rất recommend mọi người gửi đồ ở tủ Eden 🥹🥹🥹
