Although this looks like a great idea, considering I can’t filter for homes with public utilities in my area, the app only covers three areas, none of which are located in the state of North Carolina.

All I had to do was type in my criteria in a home and boom! Eden spit out a TON of homes that were in my ball park price range with the certain criteria that matched my search. 

If I wanted to tweak my search, all I had to do was tell Eden and it had me covered. 

I hate all the filters I have to go through on other platforms and then my filters not being saved. Not the case with Eden!
