i cannot get past the privacy/ T&S screen without hitting a server error. it looks like this was first reported here in september and it is still not fixed

This app needs serious improvements. It crashes so frequently it’s literally useless when attempting any action from start to finish - least of all reserving a desk.

The website is fine, but this app doesn’t load anything anymore. There are no desks and always shows no reservations regardless of the day selected.

This smells like an outsourced app where the requirements were very vague so the devs just built what they could work out. App is at best, functional. It is often not functional though with error messages covered by other windows so you’ve no idea what the problem is!

If you’re reading this, it’s likely because your company has implemented the Eden system. You likely also found the ‘Christian Dating’ version first and that chuckle will be the end of any pleasantness with this system. Good luck!

After I sign in on the iOS app, a modal pops up asking me to agree to new privacy policy. Clicking agree quickly closes the modal but then it reopens. No mention of needing to agree to the privacy policy on web or mobile web.

We’ve been using Eden at our office for close to a year and the mobile app is my favorite feature. I can book a desk on the go, fill out my wellness survey and see who else is in the office. 

It’s super easy to set up and use - took less than a minute and is seriously a life saver.
