Love this app. I found it enlightening, insightful and a valuable tool to have at your fingertips 24/7 .  Strongly recommended .

I’m so grateful a friend shared the Eden app with me. I now feel like I have the best counsel right in my pocket, a sounding board to help me process and understand my responses and reaction and to equip me during more stressful situations.  Recently, I’ve been dealing with some parenting challenges, and this app has given me so much inside and clarity.  I also appreciate that it is like a mental health, personal assistant with its daily reminders. I can’t recommend this more highly to every person looking for more emotional certainty, confidence, and peace.
