I still get alarms but the app won’t load the controllers so I can see what’s wrong. Happens all the time for days at a time before resolving. ### 1/5 — Extremely Slow and Frustrating to Use *2026-03-25, version 1.15.0* The app seems to have a good concept, but in my experience the performance is extremely slow. It takes far too long to respond, load, and move between sections, to the point that it becomes almost impossible to use normally. This controller disconnects a few times a month. Sometimes days. We’re going on the longest disconnect ever. 1 week. And looking back on emails there was a disconnect 2 weeks ago. If I could give negative stats I would. Other electronics I use that store info on servers have problems maybe twice a year for 24hrs, not weeks on end. And these are highly integrated electronics. Why not make it live values instead of 5-10 minutes updated values from logging ! Chinese ones half the price working live time 2/5 secs updated values - and very accurate so I ask why bluelab ?
