Una dintre cele mai proaste aplicatii. Desi nu mi-am schimbat parola, cand incerc sa ma loghez imi zice ca e incorecta si nici nu-mi da optiune sa o resetez.

I hate it when the app forces me to change my password. There is no other app that makes me change my password, not even banking ones. Why do you have to force users to do this repeatedly? How many hundreds of passwords do I have to change? Have you considered that if I change my password so often there is a possibility that I might forget it? Should I write it down somewhere? Isn't this riskier than having a strong password that I can remember forever? Stop this, it is most annoying. Everyone here complains about the same thing and you don't even consider it. It shows how much the users opinion matters. If I could choose to take the meal tickes in hand or use the benefits platform then I would definitely choose physical meal tickets.

Am sa fac o plangere la protectia consumatorului, ca toate beneficiile mele sunt blocate de aplicatia asta facuta de un elev de liceu care nu merge niciodata cand ai nevoie. Deja am instiintat si firma de probleme si nu sunt singurul. Si am facut si ticket la apple sa va verifice aplicatia ca nu merge deloc si e vorba de niste bani care tot ii blocati cand si cand ca nu merge sa te loghezi pe nimic, nici aplicatie si nici site. Asta numiti voi serviciu, sa va fie rusine.

It’s kind of unbelievable that the app and website are not usable at all, doesn’t let you login, doesn’t recognize credentials and nobody does anything about it, just sends automated replies. - Se misca incet sau aiurea.

Aplicatia este foarte utila, dar e foarte enervant ca apar incontinuu, pe fiecare pagina, notificari pe care le-am citit deja.. de exemplu, in categoria activitati culturale cand ma duc in fiecare subcategorie apare de fiecare data notificarea “Tichete culturale suport hartie”.. si ocupa aproape tot ecranul. 
In plus, applicatia pare ca merge greoi, apas pe o categorie si dureaza cateva secunde pana apare urmatorul ecran.

Pe modelul 13 pro, daca ai dimensiune de text mai mare, cand esti intampinat de sliderele cu noutatile in aplicatie, butoanele ce trebuiesc tastate sa continui in aplicatie sunt situate off-screen. Solutia este sa dai dimensiunea textului mai mica, dar normal ar fi ca slide urile sa se adapteze conform dimenisunii setate in telefon

The reset password link is taking me to the login page. This is a pretty serious production defect that should make the QA team sweat a bit 😅 I’ve been there.

This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
There is like a few seconds of delay since you press a button from the buttom menu and when the screen contents actually refresh.
The UX experience is terrible as well, it has some of the most complicated, least intuitive and convoluted menus/navigation I’ve ever seen.
And by the way, the web app is not much better either. I’ve seen even dead guy’s eyes that are faster moving than these apps.
@Benefits develeopers: Guys, if you really can’t manage give me a call and I’ll create a better app for y’all.
