## What is EDF Mobile Claims App?

Die ENCORY DEALER FRONTEND Mobile Claims App bietet eine einfache und verlässliche Möglichkeit den EDF-Reklamationsprozess zusätzlich zur EDF-Oberfläche auch auf mobilen Geräten durchführen zu können. Durch Anbindung an das EDF können Reklamationspositionen aus existierenden Rechnungen ausgewählt werden und diese mit Rückgabegrund und Fotonachweisen versehen werden. Über die in der App integrierten Fotofunktion können Foto-IDs erstellt und Reklamationsfällen angehängt werden
