So essentially, shoddily thought through for elder/non-tech savvy ticket holders and some poor/misleading links. ### 1/5 — Ticket transfers *2025-06-25, version 19.0.4* Ticket transfer is different to the help function and still can not find tickets despite being given a code to so. I have tried and so have other friends but still no sign of tickets. Makes it arduous to buy tickets. I bought some for friends and family who now also need to download the app so I can transfer tickets. When trying to do this, the app doesn’t distinguish what the tickets are (adult child) so I’ve now sent a child’s ticket for my 70 year old dad.
