Very unorganized and very neglected. The app will not save your reports which sucks when you’re in the bathroom on your phone and you just wanna watch a TikTok video and then all your work and progress is gone. The app also has this geolocation feature which is very invasive as it always on and it has to be that way. I cannot wait till I can delete this app of my phone. ### 1/5 — Inept Developers *2026-02-21* These “developers” don’t test anything before pushing an update nor do they seem to be able to get the backend running at all as 95% of the time I have to redo everything as it always fails to upload and does so very slowly even with full cell bars or full WiFi bars every other service runs great except this sorry excuse for an app ### 1/5 — The app is always malfunctioning *2026-02-06* The app is always malfunctioning. It doesn’t save reports when you try to go back to notes to get all the proper information for incident reports you can only take Live Photos which isn’t always able to be done so u have to have another device with camera and able to take pics so u can take them off that phone for report the app tracks your location 24/7 I don’t feel comfortable with that it should only track while I’m using the app and clocked in on shift Thas a invasion of privacy any other time. Let’s not forget all the times where the app just logs me out and doesn’t let me log back in for 20-30 mins and then the app will say you have a scheduled shift at a random time that you are not scheduled to do and also I was on the sidewalk outside right next to my property and the app wouldn’t let me submit a tour report saying I was out of bounds of the site signal needs to really have a huge update on the app and take into consideration if an officer is in the sidewalk right next to the site why is app saying we are out of bounds when we could be helping someone right on exterior of our property signals needs to do better and really fix all malfunctions and app shouldn’t be tracking location at all times it should only be while on site and clocked in!! ### 1/5 — App is terrible *2026-01-29* This app needs some serious work. Several of the apps feature still aren’t even complete even after MORE THAN A YEAR of the app being out. It’s seems like corporate office released a half-baked program then forced everyone to use it. Everyone at my company hates this app. Thanks Signal Corporate, you guys suck. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever created *2025-12-04* I was at work today and I checked my signal edge app just to make sure I clocked in at the start of my shift and everytime I opened it, it showed me an error message that said “something went wrong” and then proceeded to show me that I had no shifts scheduled for the week when I so obviously do not only for the one I’m currently working but for the rest of my week’s schedule. And no matter how many times I tried to open it it continued to do the same thing. So I thought why not delete it off my phone and reinstall it. That should work right? Big mistake. Now I can’t log into my account. Or recover my account through I forgot my password link. So now I can’t even see if I am clocked in. Or clock in for the rest of my shifts for the rest of the week. Thank you so much Signal edge. You literally don’t even do the most bare minimum thing that you’re supposed to do. It is constantly failing to load. Clocking in, selecting tours, NFC scans, everything. This issue is a constant problem that interferes with every single aspect of work, even including clocking in on time. Also, why is it a requirement to allow this app to track your location 24/7? No company should ever think about using this trash app. It tracks you no matter what, it crash like no tomorrow, it loads like it can’t load anything. It will kill your phone battery faster than any app on this store. There’s no overnight support so if you work nights you’re on your own to figure it out. The app constantly freezes, kicks me out of the app, I can’t submit reports or even see the site reports that need to be completed. This app needs ALOT of work to stop these issues. I literally cannot complete my job because of how poorly this app was developed. Do not recommend. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Panic button should be revamped *2026-07-26* Hello, I am one of the guards up in the new ShipBob and I think the panic button should be revamped to include sound when you press it and a yes or no screen cause when you press it accidentally it makes no sound and counts down from 10 first of all the cancel button is to small and it says notify now so what’s the point of the timer please make it like this please put it when you accidentally press it is shows a screen of yes or no and you actually have to click yes and confirm cause I’ve had to many instances where it goes off randomly and makes no sound and it rings the sup. Any time i open an app that uses location (such as gps or pokemon go) this app is also tracking my location regardless if it is running in the background. Please fix as it makes me a tad uncomfortable. Also, for when we go to places like pechanga where not all of us recieve a torch, company cell, or a walkie, can you please put a N/A option for the tool checklist? ### 2/5 — App dose not load *2025-07-09* Every time I use this app, it fails to load my tours.
