Can no longer connect via Bluetooth. Aggravating.

I have tried probably 25 times to get this thing to work over the last 3 months, swapped out module 3 times, harness 3 times and it still will not connect. Disconnected every other Bluetooth device from my phone and still nothing. I don’t understand what the deal is.

Trying to updated and the app automatic take  out of the app

Unit WILL NOT pair to my phone. Tried several times. Transfers me to update server that doesn’t recognize me/account. Frustrating to try and get your product to come on line.
