Calls drop out of nowhere. GPS is no longer accurate. Not to mention how poorly optimized it is. (You can technically get rid of all these bugs by doing a factory reset, but THAT SHOULDNT BE THE CASE!!) ### 1/5 — Fix it update it do sum *2026-02-17, version 3.4.8* Freezes glitches shuts down inaccessible you name it. Create regular updates for it or something. Crashes. Anytime there are a lot of orders in the queue for holidays. The app will not allow you to log them in properly. The scan feature works here and there constantly have to hit the optimize button. It will not save a route ever. There are days where it functions without issue. The other major flaw is when excepting orders it will reset itself and everything that you plugged in doesn’t move to active. This is a daily occurrence multiple times a day. It’s very frustrating. I’ve being using it 9 years and haven’t experienced most of the difficulties mentioned in other reviews. My biggest beef is I have to get my tickets in order as soon as I optimize because it randomly will change the delivery order multiple times while I’m getting prepared and if I try to add one late order from pending, it will completely change the delivery route. Very annoying. I optimize all my tickets and then go by my ticket order the rest of the day. ### 1/5 — Maps *2023-10-04, version 3.4.0* I clicked on the address it goes the maps icon automatically delete it and then go right back in and it works every delivery. I have to do it twice for it to work and I maps It seems if I switch to Google or Waze. It takes me one try and it works but I do not like working with those other formats.
