But it is very very very expensive. But lovely clothes and pretty good quality. Also my go to store ( I only get stuff on sale tho lol) ### 2/5 — Processing fee? *2026-07-17, version 24.7* The site itself is fine, but a problem I had was when I didn’t like the item I bought and wanted to return it they charged me a processing fee so while I paid $55 I only got $42. I ordered them on a Saturday and Sunday and paid $300+ with extra $18 shipping. I don't want my money back I want my order here sooner because now I don't have the right clothes for a trip. And for the people who have to say I should've ordered sooner, it shouldn't matter if I had to pay an extra $18 for it to be here late. 2 stars because I'm still getting my clothes. ### 4/5 — Great store! *2026-05-24, version 24.2* Love this store and their clothes, app is not iPad friendly ### 4/5 — Decent/good app *2026-04-23* It’s a pretty good app but my only complaint is that they kinda lie about the thing like they say the real value is 89 and it’s going on for 13 but it never has risen to 89 this is a little bit of a problem because people think oh yeah it’s 89 going for 13 now and I’ll just buy it which is such a good deal which is not true. It’s a really good store with cute clothes true to size and I really like it but it takes like 30 minutes just to do one order ### 2/5 — Cute clothes but cheap material and hard to shop online *2026-04-02* The clothes are soo cute don’t get me wrong but all the materials it’s made of are cheap(SHEIN literally make there clothes with the same fabrics). Also the app is just annoying each time I add stuff to my wish list or basket it just removes it the next day, it constantly logs me out and when I log back in every items I’ve added to my basket is gone. That’s why is so hard to shop on here which is something they need to fix asap ### 1/5 — Israeli Owned Fast Fashion *2026-03-13, version 23.6* You can’t call yourself a feminist, left leaning, liberal, or anti-war if you support this company and its Israeli owners. If they made any type of political stand against the war and solidarity with Iran or current movement I would be less willing to blame the singular owners, but alas they have not. On principle alone I can’t support them. ### 4/5 — Great App *2026-02-13* I only have two complaints. I wish the app was sorted into “shopping” and not “other,” because when I go to navigate to the app, it’s separate from the other shopping apps. Secondly, I wish the “style it with” and “styled by you” that you see for products on the website could also be seen on the app. I often go to the website on my phone to look at the “styled by you” section to see how the product fits on people other than the models, since you can’t see it on the app. Other than that, it’s one of the best shopping apps out there, with a great layout and navigation that isn’t seen in say, Garage’s app. ### 1/5 — I don’t like the app *2026-02-08* This is one of the worst shopping apps ever. Took me 20 minutes just to place an order. I am a size L and have no idea what edikted's clothes would look like on me. This most likely means that their clothes are only tailored towards smaller women. When reading reviews, there is no option to see what size a person is reviewing so these are equally as unhelpful. ### 1/5 — Why pay for returns? *2026-01-07, version 22.5* Edited is one of the few online retailers that does not offer free returns or exchanges. I hate that I have to pay to ship it back. It’s ridiculous. Also, these clothes are not original. We can find similar things at other stores. I’m done shopping at Edited. ### 3/5 — Shipping.. *2026-01-02* The shipping takes forever!(Canadian) I ordered about three packages for a vacation on Dec 26th. And the one I needed I ordered on the 8th and the website says “get your package before Dec 24th!” As in last minute Christmas shopping. My package still hasn’t come in (it’s Jan 1st), its currently still in Ontario, yet two of my packages that I ordered just a few days later came in on the 23 and 30. Overall I’m disappointed and wish they didn’t falsely advertise the date of arrival for a package. ### 4/5 — Sizing *2025-12-16, version 22.3* I love Edikted and I absolutely love their clothes, but I do wish the sizing was more versatile. The girlies need Short, Regular, and Long options—or at least Regular and Long. Trust me, I own several tops from here that I loveeee, but as a tall girly, I’d honestly be buying all of their pants if they offered longer, tall-friendly length options ### 4/5 — amazing store but….. *2025-12-10* the tops are perfect but the bottoms like jeans and sweatpants and just other pants, don’t work for tall girlies. wich makes me mad because the bottoms at edikted are so cute and stylish like i want every pair! but i can’t because there isn’t a long or tall option. great store otherwise ### 2/5 — Lag *2025-12-01* When trying to check out my phone would freeze randomly. It was worse when I had the charger in but the app would drain my battery quite rapidly (5 percent in less than 2 minutes.) and my phone hits really hot. I switched to the website where I didn’t have any of these issues. Horrible Loyalty!! ### 1/5 — Expedited shipping *2026-08-09, version 25* I bought with extra money expedited shipping and my package hasn’t arrived in that time frame. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service Ever. *2026-08-04* My order was lost in the mail. I paid for expedited shipping and rather than Edikted having good customer service and reaching out to explain this, I had to repeatedly email the customer service email. Replies were significantly slow, and even when I flagged the lack of updates on my package after 6 days, I was told to just sit tight and wait, only to hear back 2 days later that my package was indeed lost. I then received a painfully automated AI response which really is the selling point in the lack of respect and care for customers that Edikted has. The Edikted team did not offer anything to do to make this right. I had to ask what options there were and the overall response I got was just ridiculous and showed such little care. The customer service team was so incredibly difficult to reach and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the company. ### 1/5 — Horrid *2026-08-01* I’m from aus and I ordered one item and it was super expensive, I then asked a friend if she’d ever ordered because I suddenly got very nervous about it, my friend said she ordered and never got her package and never got her money back. Disgusting. Now I cannot track my order and I suspect the same thing is happening to me. (Pardon my spelling) but anyways I measured myself and I used the size chart that edikted had, and OMG the jeans fit me perfectly I was so happy. I recently lost a lot of weight so I need a pair of jeans that suited me because everything else fell down. Not only is their sizing accurate, the jeans are adorable. Perfect baggy size and length. Everything is true to the picture so no need to ask if it’ll actually look like the inspo pictures because it will. Also the sale they had allowed me to buy multiple pair of jeans that I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to buy.
