One feature I use a lot is linked accounts - so you can administer the books borrowed by other people in your family by linking their library cards to yours. But in recent months the app has started to lose these links. You add a linked account, it works, then next time you use the app it’s gone again. I must now have added back the same linked account hundreds of times. It just happens randomly - not every time, but the majority of the time. It’s infuriating. Please, if you ever touch this app again Edinburgh Libraries - and judging by the 13 year old reviews, you’ve forgotten it even exists - please fix this awful bug. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Can’t use it to reserve a book *2024-05-26* This app has not been well tested. I get an invalid date error when I try to reserve a book. It’s such a shame!
