Well worth a look if your heading to Edinburgh; most sights covered. Same developer also has a good Scotland app.

Great app, easy to navigate and tons of helpful info

Easy to use, with great suggestions and useful background info. 
You can get a useful overview on the train journey. Then it's handy to have on your phone around town  - much more convenient than carrying a guide book. I think the author gets to the point and seems to be speaking from real experience. Glad that I bought the ad-free version to use offline. Much better than other apps with sponsored content, too.
