Latest example - I’m on a No. 5 that route shows wrongly goes along Waterloo Place. Timing also out so my 3 min window to connect to No.113 has now disappeared. Grrr. Shall delete n use other apps. ### 4/5 — Use daily for bus times *2018-09-08, version 3.5* Use this app every day, it’s my go to app for bus times and usually I like it but it doesn’t seem to be working today 😫 please fix pronto because alternative apps are rubbish. Your app doesn’t tell me. I would need prior knowledge about bus routes! I've missed so many buses as it has been saying the wrong times! I took a screen shot of the app and a pic of the bus tracker about 2 seconds apart. The app showed 13 mins the tracker said 3! This is no good if you need to get to work/home. Can this be fixed please? Although the option to plan a journey and even be able to view more than one route in the same time would be much handier. Just a suggestion. I have to delete the app, re download it, then it is there, but the minute I come out the app and go back on it, it's gone :/ fix this and I'll give it 5 star. Could also do with being able to set an alarm for when the bus is 5 minutes away to stop me having to keep checking the app. ### 2/5 — Wtf ??? *2015-06-21, version 3.2.2* I think your app is pretty good, except for the bloody fact that sometimes the app will say 'no arrival' when you click on a bus stop when actually; buses are arriving but your app is just giving false information! Also, the app said a bus was due in SIX minutes, then a minute later it jumped from SIX minutes to DUE!!!!!! Now due to your faulty app, I'm bloody late for my work! This doesn't concern your app but your drivers shouldn't be driving 2 mph?!!! Very disappointed ### 1/5 — No long updated no longer working *2022-06-01, version 3.5* This has been my go to app for years. It always gave you accurate times of due buses. Unfortunately it’s not been updated for a Number of months and it now only works if connected to WiFi, if you have 4G or 5G it will not load any data. I checked the app settings to ensure my phone allows mobile data and the settings are all good. Can only assume this app has died which is such a shame as other apps, going by the reviews are terrible for accurate bus information. ### 1/5 — Rarely works *2022-05-14, version 3.5* Hopeless. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-07-21, version 3.5* This app is useless, I work as a carer and rely on a bus to get around, obviously a bus can’t help being late but this app will just make up a time of it getting their saying it’s “tracking” it but really has no clue, buses go from 5 mins till due too been and gone in a minute, I have missed countless buses from relying on this app, recently I’ve started to use the other Edinburgh bus and app and it’s been amazing, not let me down once, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS ### 1/5 — EdinBus app *2019-06-05, version 3.5* About the above app.OK but again you mention Twitter. I don't use Twitter and I don't have an account with them. Not everyone has a Twitter account or is interested in any social media. I am in this category.
