When I was coding we always accounted for font sizes. No one seems to care these days. ### 1/5 — A year later, still useless. I need to open it multiple times for it to work. *2025-12-03* I need to open this app typically twice for it to work. Today I had to open it three times. There now appear to be more protections against me logging into my apartment page on my computer to pay rent like a normal person. I have trouble believing this is for any reason other than to drive engagement numbers. Edison47, please get rid of this absolute piece of garbage you call an “app.” It’s actively detrimental to renters trying to pay rent. It serves no purpose. It is like a large piece of litter on the sidewalk I have to move around to get where I’m going. Just take the large piece of litter and throw it in the trash. ### 2/5 — Functions okay but bad UX *2025-01-25* The UI is a little weird, but nothing super consequential. The UX though is completely ruined for me because you get logged out due to inactivity. There's no reason to use this app regularly so logging people out due to inactivity is a wild decision to make for this app. ### 1/5 — App keeps signing me out *2024-06-11* Frustrating to use. The app keeps signing me out and everything takes forever to load. ### 1/5 — Wrapper Over Browser - I Now Log Into Twice To Pay Rent *2024-05-02* To pay rent, I open this app, log in, can’t see anything useful, then click on “payments” to launch a browser in the app, which takes me to my apartment’s same old web page to log in (again) and pay rent. If I don’t launch the browser from within Edison 47, I’m told “Resident Login Is Temporarily Disabled.” I’ve been too lazy to see what header it’s sending so I can just manually set it to log in on my computer, but I’m getting close. You added extra steps, a new login, a new app in my phone… why? It literally doesn’t do anything but take me where I used to go before. ### 1/5 — Redesign *2023-09-30* Sorry, but after the redesign the app is pretty much useless in finding what I am looking for. ### 5/5 — BOGTOWN Living *2023-05-23* The ability to communicate freely with office is a strong indication of the importance in community life. ### 3/5 — Cant open messages *2022-01-25* I’m finding that i can no longer open messages after a few days.
