Can’t login. Right now it looks like email-like messages sent from random numbers. I can access all the other tabs without the app crashing. The app is updated. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve restarted my phone. When I hook it up to ambulance audio I have to turn it to full volume, and even then it’s very hard to hear. This tells me that it is an issue with the app, not my phone. This needs to be fixed, as it gets very hard to discern addresses and numbers. I really wish they could implement a Call Log feature on the mobile app, which would notify you when a page occurred for a certain department, without having to be subscribed or added to a specific agency. I would consider my self as an “enthusiast” and it would be nice to be notified of pages, on my phone, such as on the PulsePoint application. My only issue is that iPhone doesn’t get the feature where it can auto play the broadcast if you have it set to do so. I would request that with the alert function, instead of giving “xxx minutes ago” please just give the time of the dispatch. When I’m writing multiple reports, the last thing I want to do is figure out the time of the dispatch. I could care less how long ago it was, I just need the time! That is the only thing I miss about the previous version. ### 3/5 — Edispatch and battery life *2020-06-20, version 4.0.1* Since downloading this app on my phone, I can watch as the battery is drawn down. As this is how I get my Firedept dispatch and my phone is a new iphone this gets to be a problem ### 3/5 — Change Requested: Automatically Play Audio *2020-04-09, version 3.10.2* I use this app on my iPhone and Android phone. I noticed that on my Android, when an alert is received it automatically pulls the app up, plays the audio, and returns back to lock screen. On my iPhone I have to manually unlock my phone and pull the app up to hear anything. It would be WONDERFUL for iOS devices to automatically play audio as well. Will stop relying on this app as have many of my colleagues. I’m on (2) Squads in NJ. Both purchased the right to use it. Today Tuesday, I contacted the Milton FAS Chief, after several tries I deleted it, rebooted my iPhone 10 and reinstalled the App. Still no success. It just keeps clocking when I try to log in. I again deleted the app, rebooted and reinstalled it. The Milton administrator changed my code by still it just clocks. Checked my wifi a second time but still not working. The app worked for years till (2) days ago. However, it doesn’t rotate on the Ipads that are mounted in the apparatus. This makes the user have to read it sideways, which is near impossible, especially in a moving apparatus. 1 phone call to edispatch to inquire about an update to correct was met with a rude person stating it was their app and they weren’t interested. A follow email to support months later was never acknowledged. The only thing that would kick this app up a notch is a geofencing feature that would automatically set you to unavailable when you leave a certain radius of the FD.
