This app does not work at all and does not edit your video. Tells you to use a different file so I saved the file to upload it a different way and still does not work. Thankfully, I only paid for one week, so I only lost $6.99. Everything they advertise is false. Most of the time, it won’t even let you download the videos. And when it does, as soon as you try to generate or use them, it says it can’t load the file and tells you to try a different video. The same thing happens with every single video you upload. After logging into my account on my phone, I was unable to retrieve a video I previously uploaded, even though the video was originally created using Descript. Additionally, when I try to log in on my laptop, my account is not being recognized, and I do not have access to the AI features included with my subscription. This has been extremely frustrating, especially since I paid for the service and have not been able to fully use the features I subscribed for. I have already reached out to customer support and am currently waiting for a response, but I wanted to share my experience because I hope these issues can be resolved quickly.
