When I try to cancel this subscription, I’m instructed to do so on the device I originally purchased it on. I can’t cancel and they keep billing me. If you delete it, it doesn’t cancel. There is no option for a contact number or email to complain about this issue. I’m going to have to call my credit card to block these scammers. ### 2/5 — Why do I pay if you don’t show the whole game?! *2023-10-07, version 1.15.0* WHY DOES IT SAY THE EVENT ENDED ON OILERS + IF THERE STILL 3 MINUTES LEFT?!? ### 1/5 — No full screen with iPad connected to tv. *2023-10-07* Connected iPad to tv with apple hdmi dongle. Get a 4:3 like resolution with black bars on right and left. Other apps that play video don’t have this issue. I’ve tried two different platforms, and neither works. Dealing with the developers is a pain, and pointless. Their customer service is terrible. I have my doubts if the alleged giveaways they advertise are actually being legitimately distributed, or just kept by the dev team. I opted not to renew as NHL.TV is much better value as an oilers fan living abroad and for fan content - can’t beat the fan sites and their pods. When I went to cancel, I was offered to renew for 12months for 19.99USD incl tax. Unfortunately, I was lulled into a false sense of goodwill by Oilers+ and agreed. They immediately charged my credit card the full price amount. Within minutes I emailed them about their mistake and that I’d rather just get a full refund, and not the amount they over charged me. 18 back and forth messages later, they’ve advised that as an “act of goodwill” they will refund the amount they overcharged me minus taxes. Laughable. Buyer beware. The content isn’t good and support is run by lackeys who are condescending and lack the ability to comprehend valid customer complaints, let alone address them appropriately. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2024-10-12* Useless app to try and watch games. Can’t modify subscription with out going to their website highly disappointed Auto renewal will not ask or notify you before charging your card and you won’t be able to dispute it. Streams crash or buffer all the time, when they do work, the volume is all over the place.
