There’s maybe 5 active zones in Edmonton that doesn’t help anyone. ### 1/5 — Never on time *2026-05-27* On demand is never on time, booked 15 minutes ago and it’s passed 30 minutes know waiting at the meadows transit centre, it just keeps circling the transit centre ### 1/5 — -10\10 *2026-02-24* This service doesn’t respect its riders. Its crazy how you can book a bus at least 1 hour in advance but still be late, and most of the time its not even traffic it’s because the buses try and squeeze everyone in one ride and don’t realize that theres people on the bus that were told the arrival was going to be at 7:10, will still find themselves on the bus at 7:35 and not even be close to their destination. And you know what’s funny? That’s me right now. Im on the bus currently writing this review.
