Monitored the tracking on Uber and it keeps saying Oops we are finding a new driver. Multiple drivers have been assigned to the order but they keep changing to Oops we are finding a new driver. Tried calling the restaurant but they don’t answer the phone. Tried getting support from the Edo app but there is none. Called Uber support number and they say we have to wait for our order. Once it gets to 15 minutes late without a driver assigned we decide to drive to the restaurant to pick up our own order that we pre-paid $8.50 tip. Terrible experience. We will complain to the restaurant and request a refund. A tip should be provided after great to adequate service has been provided. No tip should be paid for unreliable, slow and misleading service.
