Often having glitching in playing a downloaded videos, not smoothly working, it’s frustrating when I can’t access them even after paying huge bucks in purchasing those classes. It’s very bad for students, it’s killing our productivity

I have login only in one device but showing login more than one device.
When try to login from WiFi than login not and when try login from mobile internet than login.
Technical support only 12 PM to 07 AM only on whatapp no email and contact support.

At the outset, let me please sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I understand how annoying this might have been.

Login restrictions are applied by the respective faculties, whose course(s) you might have purchased. It's applicable across multiple apps (iOS, Windows, Android, etc.). You have to logout from other device to start using app on this device.

Also, uninstalling an app doesn't automatically log you out. If you believe you were not logged in anywhere else, you can reach us on our whatsapp support.

However, the whatsapp support you mentioned is available 6 days a week. We are working on making it better as we speak.

I downloaded the lectures ..I can watch them comfortably but the downloaded lectures do not work, I have to delete them and download them again. Plzzz fix this issue..

Users of the EdPortal iPad app face challenges when affiliated with multiple institutions, as switching between institute codes requires logging out, causing loss of downloads and playback progress. A request is made for features like multi-institute profile support, an account switcher, and retention of content per profile to improve usability.
