Also it did not produce accurate mind maps. I opened a ticket with them and never heard back! At first I wanted it fixed but then I just wanted a refund or at least a downgrade to this program. They sent one email which was unreadable. After that I Never heard back! This company is a scam if they won’t reply or offer to help. What reputable company allows you to open a ticket, but never follow up? When going to do so, you are informed that your data will be mined. Bad software developers that engage in such practices deserve no stars.
