## What is EDScribe Pro?

EDScribe Pro is emergency physician-built clinical documentation support for emergency medicine charts.

Capture encounter context, review ED-tuned output, and finalize field-free notes shaped around the clinical work performed. EDScribe Pro keeps physicians in control with a review workflow focused on supported documentation, MDM structure, disposition, procedures, critical care, and chart cleanup reduction.

Improves phone dictation reliability: smarter microphone gain management prevents audio distortion in loud rooms, and a more resilient transcription pipeline automatically recovers recordings that previously came back empty. Also improves dictation capture when the device locks or is briefly covered after tapping Record.

Stability improvements for Direct Input recording on iPhone. Microphone capture now stops cleanly if audio fails to resume after a dead/flatline restart, instead of leaving an empty multi-minute recording. Also includes reliability and diagnostic fixes from recent app updates.

Improves microphone reliability (fewer false “no speech” stops), far-field pickup, login password autofill, and on-device transcription stability.
