Honestly I wish I could put 0 stars. This app is so outdated it’s not even funny. Sometimes it doesn’t even let you log in

I have to go month by month back 82 years to put in my birthdate!!!!  Really? My fingers are worn as much as my patients

Update: they did add a spot where you can see your holds now. The app is still difficult to navigate compared to the old one. I also now have to answer a security question every single time I log in, even if I had JUST logged in and accidentally closed the app. I also hate that they got rid of Face ID as well. 

The old app wasn’t great but this one is even worse! I absolutely HATE that there’s no button to ACTUALLY view what holds you have. It’ll tell you there’s holds but I have yet to find a way to view them, without logging into the website on a browser.

Prior to this latest release the app wasn’t the greatest but it worked good and now it’s just terrible! I have never seen an app go so far backwards in my years of using apps - whoever thought this was a good idea needs to loose their job!! Please just go back to previous version.

This new update doesn’t recognize the username and password that is used for the app

The updated version of the app doesn’t accept user name and password so I still have to go to the online site to do my banking.
