## What is EduBB?

EduBB is the administrator's app for transport operations. Trips, vehicles, drivers, costs and live tracking sit in one place, so the people running the fleet stop working out of a spreadsheet and a phone call.

OPERATIONS
• Trips — schedules and daily assignment
• Live tracking — where every vehicle is right now
• Tracking alerts — speeding, geofence and device warnings

FLEET
• Vehicles — the full fleet register
• Fuel — entries, consumption and mileage against target
• Maintenance — service history and costs
• Certificates — documents and expiry, before they lapse
• Daily running — distance and hours per day
• Tyres — fitment and rotation by position
• Challans — traffic violations
• FASTag — toll transactions
• Geofences — zones and boundaries
• Expenses and revenue — the ledger per vehicle

DRIVERS
• Roster and licences
• Attendance — daily presence and hours
• Advances, incentives and monthly salaries

REPORTS
Utilisation, attendance and cost trends, with fuel and maintenance spend charted over the last six months and mileage compared vehicle by vehicle.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE FLEET
The dashboard adapts to what you operate: school transport sees students and trips first, logistics sees vehicles, certificates and maintenance. Figures on the dashboard open the records behind them, so a number that looks wrong is one tap from the entries that produced it.

EduBB requires an account with an existing EduBB organisation. Contact your administrator, or reach us at edubb@techbysoul.com, for access.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-05

What's new

• Add stops to a trip, reorder them, and get a suggested order.

• Find the vehicle nearest to any place and send it there.

• Replay a vehicle's day halt by halt — where it stopped, for how long, and at
what time. Live tracking and replay both open full screen.

• Download a vehicle's routes and halts over several days as a PDF.

• Every vehicle on the live map shows its number and what it is doing, and
your geofences and office now show on the map too.

• Settle goods trips: load, rent, expenses and net amount.

• Save a trip as a template and reuse it.

• Open any day of a trip to see how far the run got.

• Scan a driving licence to fill in a driver's details.

• New missing entries report, and challan totals by status.

Fixes

• School dashboard tiles no longer show "—".

• Live tracking rows no longer cut off when a vehicle was last seen.

### 1.0.9 — 2026-09-07

What's new

• Photograph a fuel bill or an odometer and the figures fill themselves in.
Reading happens on the phone, so it is quick and works on a weak signal.

• Frame the photo first, in the standard iOS crop screen. Pinch, drag and
rotate onto the figures, then tap "Read this" — or keep the whole photo.
What you framed is what the entry keeps.

• Read the wrong number off the cluster? The other readings the photo could
have meant sit under the result. One tap swaps it.

• Quantity, rate and total are checked against each other, so a figure that
does not add up is flagged before you save.

• Settings now live in the app — organization details, trip and fuel rules,
service reminders, expense categories, products and rates, and who gets
  told what.

• Tap any record to read it, with its receipts and scans shown in the app.

• Approve a driver's advance, or mark revenue received, in one tap.

• Light, Dark or Auto appearance, under Profile.

Fixes

• Tapping a notification now opens the record it is about.
