The E&R app makes it easy to complete tasks for your mental health as you go about your day!  The content is able to be streamed on your device.  There are meditations, coaching calls, and information about how to best read and utilize the tools from the Educate and Rejuvenate book (written by Kelsey Sorenson the author of the book and creator of this app!!!
