Went to do some teacher observations today and I can’t even open the app. I’m assuming this is true since the new update. I would like an Individual User option to include the reporting and analytics. Applying agile methods to self-reflection, trending over time, and incremental improvement would be fantastic capabilities for any professional. Maybe you will consider a lower price option for adding reporting and analytics to the free plan? Online, I am able to customize templates to align my observations with my teacher Professional Growth plans to help us both keep track of the programs they are making. This allows me to support my teachers and makes my observations purposeful and beneficial for my teachers. Whether you are an administrator or instructional coach or do any kind of observation, it’s nice to have everything you need right at your fingertips and available on your cell phone.
