It charged me the second I signed up for the free 3 day trial. It won’t let me do anything on my phone until it pays for it. It won’t let me download any apps. I didn’t like the app either as it wasn’t much to it for $42 a month! We purchased it when it was a flat price, but now it uses a subscription model. Apple support says I don’t have a purchase associated with the app to file a problem report, likely due to the change in payment terms from one time charge to subscription. Clicking on app support takes you to non existent webpage. I would really appreciate some help with this. If not will likely just have to delete it all together.
