I can hardly get this new one to work and I only get a white screen. ### 4/5 — Needs Zelle Connect *2024-12-10, version 9.8.5* App works great only one issue! It needs to be able to connect to Zelle. It doesn’t even let me make an account for this either because when click “ok” it goes blank or direct me back “account.” I tried deleting and redownloading but nothing’s change. Now all of a sudden it’s not. It appears to freeze up and just open a white screen and then crashes. Tried all the recommended fixes but no luck. What is unacceptable, is how often the app won’t even open. Not due to username/password errors, but because it is “unavailable right now”. Sometimes for an hour. I don’t need to get courtesy pay anymore unless I really need it and then I don’t need a lot of of it to make sure I won’t be sure this month I may take less than 200 courtesy pay to cover the coming debts that I have. Aside from the fact that interest rates were amongst the very lowest available at the time, everyone involved made the process easy even though I had no idea what I was doing. Since then, EDFCU has helped me eliminate my credit card debt and steamline my finances. The app is super user friendly. EDFCU can be trusted with your banking needs, unlike some other financial institutions.
