It seems that’s it’s constantly being “updated” and displays “cannot display account information”. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. However fraudulent charges from PlayStation they won’t refund because of $10.81 comes out every month for PlayStation for my granddaughter. She wasn’t even where her PlayStation was when the fraudulent charges were made. Plus some were made by Apple and I don’t buy anything from Apple! I was told to contact the companies which haven’t been of any help either! What happened to keeping your customers happy and helping them out Erica Flanigan??? ### 2/5 — Good App *2020-07-01, version 6.3.1.43* Good for checking balance, and typical banking App, also has the “Take a photo of check” option which is great and very convenient as always! Not a bad deal I would continue using it. ### 3/5 — Works well but... *2021-06-10, version 6.5.5.58* My app icon always has a red dot showing 2 notifications. When I go into the app there is a section called interact with a 2 on it. When I open that it takes me to a blank page that says feed at the top. This page has the spinning circle like it’s loading but it spins for several seconds and then the app just closes every single time. I’ve had the annoying notification red dot on my app for months. It never goes away even through multiple updates.
