I also call Eva bc it’s so late and they can’t recognize my account number something weird is going on, also sorry for the rant I go on the online website to log in and I also can’t do it there either so this app right now is bad for me at least with this new stuff if that is really the app! ### 1/5 — Not for iPads *2023-10-15* Don’t be fooled by all the 5 star reviews, they’re for the credit union (which is great) not the app. I used to love the convenience of this app but the last update disabled landscape mode for iPads. Attempting to deposit a check causes the app to crash because it needs landscape mode. Developer aware of problem (I first complained at least 3 months ago) but in no rush to fix it (credit union support says it will be fixed eventually with an update). I don’t know why the developer is unable to make the app work as it has before with both portrait and landscape mode. Credit Union says it’s so “everyone has the same experience”? I think they just cheaped out on a developer. ### 1/5 — Just loads mobile website. Boo. *2018-01-30, version 3000.3.0* Update: got a new iphone x and still don't have access to flashcash. Attempts to work with customer service have been a flop. Both times they asked for a screenshot, which the app doesn't allow me to send. When I say that, they stop responding. I'm done and have moved my money to the other local credit union. Original review: app just loads the mobile website. Using iPhone 6s with all iOS 11 updates installed. Also cannot access settings for the iOS today screen widget. Mobile check deposit is vital for me, since the app just loads the mobile site, I can’t access it and am planning to move to another bank.
