## What is Edulars?

Edulars enable organizations to measure employee effectiveness on a day to day basis. It gives clear visibility on your organization’s goals, track day to day activities and measure success. Edulars can be used to digitally assign time-bound tasks to employees and mark attendance and/or measure performance of employees based on quality and quantity of task completion. It comes loaded with features like: Task Assignment & Management, Keep track of employee engagements with easy to view reports and dashboards, send out notifications at each stage, appraisal discussions and marking attendance.
