The bus often jumps all over the perimeter every couple seconds or so you can’t always pinpoint it’s exact location, looks like it’s glitching. The app is actually working only half the time. If they can work on the accuracy and reliability and make sure all buses are tracked properly it’d be a 5 ⭐️ app ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2026-09-02, version 1.18.4* I appreciate the ability to get notifications of when the bus may be late or that it is in route. But so many times, the app glitches. The app isn’t accurate with current time stamp of the bus location. Often it bugs out. One moment the bus is .03 miles away and in a second. It is 1.7 miles away. When i log in to check the location of the bus I often have to refresh and/or close the app in order to see updated information. I also always receive a notification saying my childs bus has been reassigned but they ride the same bus. The app worked as expected for the first few weeks of school, but now tells me there are no bus schedules available for my child, therefore the map feature showing where the bus is located is not available. This is strange, since the app still sends me notifications about bus arrival and departure, but those are unhelpful as the bus passes our neighborhood several times during the day before and after the actual pick up and drop off, and alerts me each time. It never seems to work and if I’m lucky I’ll receive notifications telling me the bus is close but if I open the app it won’t show my students and doesn’t pull up their assigned school or anything. I make sure I’m on the most recent update and still nothing works. Please scrap this design and start over.
