If I need to read it again I will not be able to search it anywhere in the whole app. Kindly retain the read notifications in the notification tab and seperate it like read and unread. Notifications even though enabled come very erratically. Messages when read still show as unread which is super annoying. Developers need to put in more effort to get the app to at least change the status of messages to read when refreshed or give a manual option to do so. Overall the only reason I am using it is because this is the easiest way to contact school. There had been no issues regarding the app until now, the quizzes are not visible in the quiz section. It’s been over 5 months now, that the issue has not been resolved yet. This has been a very concerning problem as our students’ grades are dependent on the quiz results and, if the quizzes are not appearing on time or not at all, our kids might get a E grade on their report card. In addition, the app is functioning very slow and pauses in between, making it quite frustrating to use. Moreover, I think that it needs a tremendous amount of improvement. Even when I try to reset the password and select my school, it says I don’t have an account with them. This is very frustrating, as everything was working fine before the update. Best regards, Edunext Technologies ### 1/5 — Disappointing App – Basic Features Broken, No Real Support *2025-04-17* Being in IT myself, I couldn’t help but highlight the glaring issues in this app—thinking maybe the team would take it seriously. But when I called the number provided in the app, they were only interested in knowing which school’s app I was talking about. Instead of acknowledging the issues, they simply asked me to “check with the school.” Really? Here are just a few of the problems: •Notifications: You get a notification, tap on it, and see “NA” or “Not Defined.” You then have to refresh the app and manually go to the notifications tab to see the actual message. •Fake Update Alert: Launch the app, and you’ll see a popup that says “Update Available.” Tap it, and it takes you to the App Store… where there’s no update. Go back to the app, and the message shows up again. And again. •Support Info: The contact details (email and phone) are shown in plain text with no option to tap or copy. So unless you’re ready to memorize the info, good luck reaching out. •Apply Leaves: Try applying for leaves and the date picker is blank. Nothing to select, nothing to do. I honestly have no idea what kind of testing was done before pushing this to production. The app feels like it’s still in beta, and users are being treated as testers. Luckily if you get after waiting for couple of days, and in case u get missed there is no way for any support or to raise issue regarding your payment. The password reset needs the intervention from the school or the IT team. No OTP based password resent. Paying fees digitally is still a challenge. " ### 1/5 — Biasedness in D.P.S Rudrapur. *2024-08-06* There is lots of biasedness in the school for the students whose parents are in Public Administration. Some have higher posts understood but some are mere police officers and everyday cars coming in and going out. Nowadays students are very sharp they notice everything. The students question the parents as to why do those cars go inside and we don’t. So what are we teaching the students and the students who are just in Std - Nursery or LKG. In school we talk about equality and where is equality now. From the foundation years of the students in D.P.S i guess students will be taught that if your parents are in some post in Police then only favour and special treatment will be given. Neither of us want special treatment because school is a place where we teach students equality that everyone is equal be it any religion, caste or creed. There is sometimes no parking in the parking lot and the way the guards speak and in front of others ( privileged Police Officers) they do -“Yes Sir, Yes Sir”. This biasedness is really bad on part of the school who in themselves have a name and don’t need to do this.
