The customer support is of no use as no one responds to the calls or emails. After 6 months while I try to do my term 2 fee, I have the same issue. For 6 months they haven’t fixed the issue. Nothing goes thru in an instant. Trying to pay fee since a week. The dumb platform does not proceed beyond captcha and if does after several tries, wont proceed the payment. Dont know how so many schools have opted you.
