I can’t get notifications on my app at all. I have tried everything from checking settings to uninstalling the app and reloading. Nothing works. I don’t always remember to check the app unless I know there is something to check. I have missed letters because of this. Having said that, the layout is fine and, in principle, it’s a great idea. ### 2/5 — Soooo slow *2026-06-29, version 9.7* I’m constantly checking to see if there are any updates for this app as it is ridiculously slow to load, and clunky to use. ### 3/5 — Helpful although not seamless *2026-03-23, version 9.5* I find this app a good tool for communicating with school. However when you go into the menu at the top left corner you are unable to get out out of it and have to close the app down. ### 3/5 — Not the best *2026-02-18, version 9.5* Ok for attendance percentage and messages but says it has an attachment but never any attachment there so have to revert back to emails ### 3/5 — Notifications *2025-08-04, version 9.2* The notifications are good; however, they do not update easily and have an annoying notification dot on your app. You have to keep going in and out of the app a number of times to get rid of the notification. ### 2/5 — Notifications not clearing *2025-06-17, version 8.6* The app is useful in that it allows us to communicate with the school, but it’s clunky and awkward to use. My main issue is that I have regularly got notifications appearing on the apps widget that I have definitely read and yet it doesn’t clear. There is nothing in the app to indicate which messages are read/unread which makes it more awkward to use. I tried to find support in the app but it doesn’t appear to exist, and on the website you have to choose an agent to help you (but I have no idea which agent is which, or why I need to choose one) ### 3/5 — Good idea just doesn’t always work *2025-06-03, version 8.6* I find the idea of it helpful especially being able to let the school know of an absence. The register view is now… well, impossible to view. Their deluded attempt to make it look like a paper register from the 1970’s just means that you can’t see what lessons a child is late/absent for. Even reading the basic “morning/afternoon attendance” is difficult enough. It is completely useless at times as it doesn’t load. You press the refresh button and all you get is the white page with nothing else. Needs an update BADLY! For many months now I’ll get notifications of messages from the school and they simply do not load. I have to keep closing the app, reloading it and sometimes the message will never load.
