My last payment failed, but the app still shows the fee as zero, making it seem like everything is fine when it’s not. This is extremely misleading and could cause major problems if users assume their payments went through. Because of this issue, I had to pay a late fee fine, which is completely unfair. A finance-related app should never have such basic errors.
