Their app makes Edward Jones look like its from the Victorian Era. Update eliminated ytd, current and custom performance reviews. App is severely outdated and not up to par with all information that should be on an easy to see spreadsheet. It claims the app is out of date and requires iOS 18 or later. Unfortunately iOS 18 is not available for the iPad Pro 10.5”. If I go to the App Store to get the latest version, it says I am already running the latest version and gives me a button to open the app, which just redisplays the update required error screen again. Ms. Shawkey is my financial advisor and I am very happy with how she has helped me to grow my accounts. Would I love best about Ms. Shawkey, is that we meet at least once a year, I could meet more often if I want to. At our annual meeting she goes over everything with me to help me to develop goals for my portfolio, she does a great job of explaining things so that I can understand my options. Throughout the year, I have called upon her to answer questions and advise me further and she quickly gets back to me. I have referred several of my friends and family members to Ms. Shawkey because I feel that she goes above to help her client achieve their financial goals. ### 5/5 — SIMPLY THE BEST *2026-08-28, version 4.118.0* This Edward Jones team is absolutely the very best from every aspect of.
