## What is Edward M&E™, Virtual M&E Host?

Edward M&E™, the virtual host, is a Chatbot application that enables Edwardian Hotels London’s Conference & Banqueting guests to obtain assistance for their meetings and events without the need to have to phone someone. The app enables our guests to enhance their experience by allowing them to send a simple message over to Edward M&E™ stating their request for service and this being directed to the right hotel staff instantly.
 
Edward M&E™ is able to recognise service requests sent to him, is able to differentiate which event this has come from, and is able to direct the request directly to the correct department to action immediately, such as requests for more refreshments in the room, requests to turn the AC up or down, requests for HDMI cables or extension leads and much more.
  
Edward M&E™ allows you to ask questions and make requests in your own natural language.
 
If Edward M&E™ is not able to help, he knows who at your hotel can, and asks them to get back to you. Not only that, Edward M&E™  keeps monitoring whether they have got back to you in a timely manner and, if necessary, escalates your request all the way up to the General Manager.

Edward M&E™ is designed to assist our hotel staff in making your Event with us a memorable one.
