It should go to where it sends me a code to login. Passwords are not needed yet more times than not, it wants a password and won’t let me bypass it. I’ve asked the office about this and was told to delete app then reinstall it. I’ve done that. Doesn’t make a difference. Usually I need to get on my pc to access website. On the rare occasion the app will login correctly. Once inside the app, it is easy to use for maintenance tickets. I like that I can add a picture. I wish they would add what they did to resolve the maintenance problem when they close it out. I tried using the app when I needed to sign a new lease. That was hopeless.
