Kept getting repeat reminders on email and text to download app. Seems a useful thing so did. However, it fails to load. Within a second of launch, it crashes and closes itself. Both on iPhone and iPad.

Really wanted to use the app when staying at Radisson Edwardian but it crashed every time I opened it! Husband downloaded it as well and same thing happened! Awful!

awesome, the app proves that no matter how hospitality sector success in amusing guests with new thing,There is always room for betterment.
This app made my stay better, as I prefer as engineer, not to call customer support but use automation systems . 
I am sure there was huge effort behind this App.
