Through their programs, I was able to learn for an entire year without financial burden at a time when returning to school felt uncertain and out of reach. That access mattered. It removed barriers and allowed me to re-engage with learning in a serious, meaningful way. The courses were rigorous, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely challenging. More than anything, they helped restore my confidence in my ability to learn, grow, and move forward academically. Because of my experience with edX, I am now planning to return to school with renewed clarity and purpose. Fix it asap. ### 1/5 — Overhyped, Outdated, and Not Worth the Price *2025-08-14, version 6.2.0* The course content I wanted to take was at a very basic level, with a lot of reading material, which is not the real value of online courses. There were very few video materials, so it would be much better to just get a book rather than pay for such expensive courses. It was absolutely not worth the price. The course on AI in higher education even had outdated information about ChatGPT, yet it cost over 700 PLN. I wouldn’t pay even 1/7 of that amount for it. A complete disappointment, and I definitely do not recommend the courses here. It’s easy to maneuver, there’s sooo many different course options, just a lot you can experience for the affordable price of FREE! Which coming from the states, is rare for many of these types of classes and courses. I think any who have a natural curiosity and passion for learning should download. Theres also a discussion tab for most classes so if you’re a learner who likes interacting with others, that’s an option still for you.
