## What is EE Merchant?

EE Merchant facilitates two-way communication between the food delivery company and its restaurants. The restaurant staff can manage their orders and communicate order status to the dispatchers for real time update, this minimizes the time spent by dispatchers over the phone for order communication with restaurants. Faxing, printing of orders has been eliminated from the app. The order can be viewed and printed on demand if needed.

EE Merchant is the application for the restaurants to manage their business from the Errand Express app.

Note: You will need to register in errandexpressja.com in order to use this mobile application.

Receive customer orders real time in your mobile.
Receive orders with push notification.
Accept and decline orders.
Change order status.
Send SMS and Email to customer about their order status.
Pull down features to load new orders.
Separated tab menu for today’s order, pending orders and all orders.
Can view order history.
