The app never works properly, it’s kept me from eating at Eegee’s numerous times. This will be my last meal there.

This is a difficult app to use. It doesn’t have Apple Pay so you have to enter your credit card and when you’re trying to check out, it keeps suggesting things you don’t want

I’m so disappointed, I used to crave eegees and get them more than 3 times per week. Now? Eegees should have spent less money on the looks and more money on saving their food quality. The lettuce tastes like plastic now, the ham tastes like water, the dance and house dressings are not the original recipe anymore, way thicker and less flavor) and the bread was like a wet sponge that tasted like cardboard.

This s was a great app until it got redone a year or so ago (2024) when the entire ordering snd payment system was replaced.

The interface now fails on several levels. The worst part is the design decision to put tiny, grey characters on a slightly lighter background, making it almost unreadable. Then, once you add something to your order, a “confirmation” display shows the item and chosen options appears, in small text, for maybe three seconds (so its appearance is just another frustration.

The option selection menu is as too, having to open multiple pull-down menus which may or may not apply.

Their holiday Eegee choices are offered under the Eegee Flavor selection, but an error pops up when you try to add the order.

And now, I consistently get an error that my “order did not go through” but I get charged; it suggests I try again “no more than once” in the next couple minutes.

It appears to be an erroneous error dialog ‘cause my items are waiting at pickup.

(The interface is almost as bad as this App Store iOS 26 review dialog that scrolls away from where the text I’m typing is inserted!!)

I have tried so many times with this new update to log in to the app and it says I have an account but won’t log me in. I don’t want to use a different phone number or email cause I only have one. Please fix this issue Eegees.

There are a few issues with this app, first and foremost is that I can’t log in. I successfully get a reset password link to my email, but no matter how many times I changed and verified using the correct password this app will not let me log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times with same result. I give my phone number to the restaurant and my points accumulate and I get rewards, but I can’t do any of that with this half-rate “app”. I don’t know why the developers can’t simply have a phone link of the number used for my account ANYWHERE for use in this app like the basic functionality other restaurant apps provide. Leaves me frustrated and disappointed. One star.
